Havarti

A famous cheese from Denmark, Havarti is a mild and creamy semi-soft cheese. You'll often find it infused with different flavors such as horseradish and chives, dill, or garlic. Made from pasteurized cow's milk. Havarti is an ideal table cheese that can be sliced and put on a sandwich or served on a cheese platter with fresh fruit. Melts very nicely and makes a killer grilled cheese with sliced tomato.
