Do you offer nationwide shipping for wine and spirits?

We currently ship wine to states where it is legally permitted. However, due to federal regulations, we cannot ship distilled spirits across state lines. Please check our shipping policy page for a full list of eligible states.

Can I order online and pick up my purchase in-store?

Yes, we offer a convenient 'In-Store Pickup' option at checkout. Most orders are processed and ready for collection within two hours. Please bring a valid government-issued ID matching the name on the order.

What is your return policy for corked or spoiled wine?

We stand by the quality of our products. If you believe a bottle is corked or flawed, please return the bottle (at least 3/4 full) with the original cork and your receipt within 30 days for an exchange or store credit.

Is an adult signature required for deliveries?

Yes. By law, all deliveries containing alcohol require the signature of an adult who is at least 21 years of age. Carriers are not permitted to leave packages at the door without verification.

Do you offer discounts on bulk or case purchases?

Absolutely. We offer a 10% discount on solid or mixed cases of wine (12 bottles). This discount applies automatically to eligible items in your cart, excluding items already marked down or on sale.
