Grounded Cabernet Sauvignon

Heady aromas of black cherry, espresso, vanilla, and clove. Bold, dark garnet color. Coordination between winery and vineyard teams allowed us to harvest, sort and process optimally ripe fruit under ideal conditions. Winemaking, oak aging and blending were carefully monitored at each step to enhance the wine’s natural identity.

Staff Review: A great sustainable Cabernet! Full bodied while still being silky smooth. Notes of black cherry, vanilla, and a little bit of spice. Pairs with a nice heavy stew on a cozy day!
