Produced by the Fangareggi winery and part of the “Your Wine” project, it was created following the winemaking rules of the Charmat method, but above all it proves to be excellent to accompany all stuffed pasta. Marry it with tortelli with Emilia meat sauce, and you will not find a better match.
Ruby red color, deep and intense. The nose is equally intense, fruity and vinous, characterized by hints of red pulp fruit, such as plum and black cherry. Balanced and harmonious in the mouth, with good body and good persistence.
