Domaine Rimbert Formidable For me Merlot
This is organic Merlot from just outside of Saint Chinian fermented with native yeast and aged in huge old wooden tanks before getting bottled unfiltered with just a touch of sulfur added. Round and plush with peppery red fruit and another one to serve slightly chilled, while listening to Charles Aznavour, whose song this wine is named for.

Staff Review: This French natural red uses the merlot grape. It is ruby to the eye and carries light berries on the front with a smooth silky finish. To me, exactly what Merlot should be. Pair with a nice hearty soup from the Market.
